The company is responsible for creating an environment that achieves academic integrity in all stages of the training process, especially during the registration of trainees in training programs, the training process, tests, and results.

Definition of Academic Integrity

Academic integrity means adhering to the principles of trust, honesty, fairness, respect, responsibility, and courage during the training activity, including the ideas of the trainee, citing sources correctly, and not impersonating, impersonating or cheating during tests or evaluation.

Plagiarism is prohibited

Plagiarism in its entirety, including the use of another person's work or ideas without specific reference, is prohibited. This applies to materials from all sources such as print, media, web, photos, graphs, and charts. All learning tasks must be the trainee's independent work or a team group. It is considered plagiarism to duplicate the work of another trainee or group.

Commitment to integrity during tests or evaluation

The tests aim to determine the level of knowledge of the trainee in a particular subject. It evaluates learning outcomes. Each trainee must independently answer all the questions asked of him. Copying the answers of other trainees is prohibited.

Impersonation is prohibited

Representation of another person during any assessment or examination is prohibited.

Cheating is prohibited

• It is prohibited to obtain a copy of the test before it is officially available.
• Copying another person's answer to a test question is prohibited during any assessment or exams.
• It is forbidden to consult an unauthorized source during any evaluation or examinations.

Penalties

Violation of academic integrity is a serious offence. Violation of academic integrity will result in one or more of the penalties listed below:
• Loss of evaluation scores
• Suspension from the training program
